There are an assortment of great little gadgets and toys that you want to take with you when you travel however, if those get damaged, it can be a nightmare.
Here is a simple and easy way I’ve found to transport some of my everyday items when travelling, whether urban or international.
This is a Tupperware oyster case (or packables) designed to hold those little things around the home whether it was food, trinkets, sewing kit and so on. They come in a couple of sizes and this is the smallest one measuring 10cm x 8.5cm x 5cm (3.93″ X 3.3″ X 2.04″).
I keep my phone charger, cord and earphones in this one. The beauty of these are that they are all made in one piece, has a hinged lid which opens and closes easily (so you can’t lose it) and stays shut when being carried. The clip makes it easy to open as well. Even better, it fits into the palm of your hand and is lightweight.
I have two others, both the same size (different colours). One I use is a mini first aid kit and another for regular medications such as paracetamol etc. (pictured). This is the medium size shell that measures 13cm x 10cm x 5cm (5.11″ X 3.93″ X 1.96″).
You can source these easily on Ebay or other similar sites but just make sure that lid closes properly otherwise you’ll have to put a rubber band around it to keep it closed.
Now it’s your turn. What do you use to carry your special items around town? A small bag, pouch or container. Would love to hear your thoughts. You can leave a comment below. Safe travels.
