In amongst the suburban homes of Watsonia is a small shopping centre called Diamond Village and here is where a small craft market is set up every month.
The village is unique because it’s undercover and the stalls are set up in the arcade section, so no matter what the weather is outside, you can shop safely without getting wet or blown away.
The craft is hand-made / home-made with items for sale such as:
- Children’s toys
It’s also a social market for locals who come along and chat with the stallholders who they’ve come to know over the years.
