This is the loveliest little Op Shop and is supported by the The Uniting Church of which the money raised from sales goes straight back into the community.
I love this statement from the organisation: The charity store helps support local initiatives, that in turn help the people who need it most, but it also supports the Church’s bigger mission to provide social justice advocacy work and community welfare services. (gotta love that mission).
This store isn’t large but is very well laid out and the staff are truly delightful. Volunteers really know how to make people feel welcome and help them out when you are looking for something in particular.
The Church asks that you donate goods that are clean and in good condition and that was certainly adhered to with the stock I looked through. When donating please ensure all the items are clean and in a good saleable condition.
Take your time to troll through the shelves, racks and boxes as there are some delightful things here for everyone.
And if you’d like to volunteer and help out – you are always welcome to speak to one of the staff on duty.

WEBSITE: Couldn’t find a webpage
DONATIONS: Please also donate responsibly by phoning ahead to confirm store opening times – this gives you the opportunity to check that the type of donations are suitable and it also prevents the store being used as a “dumping ground” which diverts funds from welfare programs into waste disposal costs.
