Salvos Op Shop – Bundoora

Tagged: , , , , , , , , , ,

So here I am again at a Salvo’s store despite saying I wouldn’t return but I can’t help myself. These stores are usually quite big and I can’t resist the allure of a bargain.

Bundoora store is well laid out with excellent displays and I have to say, one of the cleanest Op Shops I’ve been too. Love their work.

As with all Salvos Stores, the layout is consistent and it’s easy to find something if you’re on the hunt. What I find appealing are the displays of outfits including bags, shoes etc.

Now I’m not a ‘girly-girl’ but I do appreciate that the best way to move stock is to promote it with good displays and this store certainly does that.

And this store is a good size with plenty of space to walk between racks and displays. Very wheelchair friendly.

Hmm, think I could fall for this dress.

Or perhaps this one that shows the complete outfit including shoes and jewellery. Whoever put this together was very creative and that’s a bonus to those of us who struggle with the fashion thing.

Lots of shoes and I mean lots of them + handbags. I only have two handbags so not sure how people go through so many but the stock is of good quality.

There isn’t a lot of furniture in this store but oh dear, I do love this chair. Didn’t check the price but there is something quite special about this chair. No room in my house unfortunately otherwise, I might have snapped it up.

There are many kids toys etc but the usual glut of stuffed toys are available.

The staff are lovely and can help you’re after anything in particular. And of course, they always like a chat and a hello.
